Galas, breakfasts, bed races, golf outings and more: Family Promise hosts several events each year to engage support, raise funds and spread the word about our mission to end family homelessness. These events are invaluable opportunities to create relationships with people and companies who are interested in helping us make a difference in the lives of homeless parents and their children.

GivingTuesday is a 24-hour online campaign allowing people worldwide to use the power of generosity to support their communities.
On GivingTuesday, the whole world comes together to give back in many different ways: through acts of kindness, gifts of voice, time, talent, or treasure.
Family Promise NSV, an affiliate of the national Family Promise network, provides homelessness prevention, stabilization, and other services to families with children in Winchester, Frederick, Clarke, and Warren Counties who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness.

TACKY SWEATER PARTY
Join us for a Special Christmas Celebration ​at our Tacky Sweater Party on
December 14, 2024.

Bring a friend, have some fun, and discover how Family Promise NSV supports families with children who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness in our community.
Special activities are planned for the children, including their own Tacky Sweater Contest! Invite your family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and congregation to this family-friendly event.
And remember to dig out that Tacky Sweater for this special night!

Prizes will be given to the child and the adult wearing the "Tackiest" Christmas Sweater!
